We are seeking a Regional Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in North, East, or Southern Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Buid relationships with senior executives at target companies to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Curacel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and approach.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales methodologies and frameworks, including consultative selling and MEDDIC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
