Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and implementing interventions to promote independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide education and support, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure the effective utilisation of resources, maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in General Nursing
  • Current registration with the relevant Nursing Council
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Basic Life Support certification (ACLS, ATLS, PALS training for specialised wards)
