Job Title: Senior Inbound Travel Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inbound Travel Consultant to join our team at ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of inbound travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on inbound travel options and itineraries.
  • Source and book travel services, including flights, hotels, and activities, to meet client requirements.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process and manage client payments, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and issue travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and product updates to maintain expertise and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in inbound travel operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound travel products and services, including FITs and groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
