Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with our legal advisors to draft letters, resolutions, and other documents as required. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date information on trusts, companies, directors, and beneficial owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of company filings, including annual returns, beneficial ownership registers, and director amendments
  • Prepare share certificates and share transfer forms for maintenance on GreatSoft
  • Ensure FICA, KYC, and AML queries are attended to promptly and accurately
  • Maintain group structure charts to ensure up-to-date information
  • Perform general filing and administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with secretarial audits and provide support to legal advisors as needed

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including medical aid, retirement annuity, and paid leave.
