Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Gloei Technologies (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in finance and human resources administration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent bookkeeping and administration skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain a daily list of outstanding supplier invoices and conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
- Ensure all use of company assets is invoiced out to relevant parties on a monthly basis.
- Match payments to supplier invoices and contact suppliers for discrepancies or missing information.
- Update supplier payments spreadsheets and load payment requests onto the banking system.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with preparing customer invoices, loading VAT release payments, and receiving and filing documents.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent bookkeeping and administration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A Matric certificate and/or qualification in bookkeeping or a related field.
