We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage our finance team and work closely with the CFO.

1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective resource management.
2. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with senior management.
3. Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast, and targets, providing regular analysis to management.
4. Analyse financial data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost optimization.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA(SA) or SAICA qualified preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Group Accountant in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

R900,000 to R1.3 million salary package.
