Job Summary:

TWR is seeking an experienced Media Services Team Lead to lead its media services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of broadcast operations.

Your primary duties will include coordination of processes for broadcaster programs, provision of support for national and collaborative partners, and fulfillment of strategic responsibilities pertaining to TWR's ministry. You will work closely with global stakeholders, including the Global Media Services Director and finance team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective management of broadcast operations
  • Manage the administration of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • Coordinate schedule changes and updates
  • Liaise with other BOS administrators to set up contracts for sponsored programs
  • Process M SA/ISN contracts within BOS
  • Update contracts for rate increases as confirmed by the GMS Director
  • Enter yearly budgets for Forecast in BOS
  • Track internal billing information for productions and airings in South Africa
  • Verify monthly airing logs from partner offices
  • Coordinate with fellow media service team members on verification of Translation and Productions for monthly billing
  • Provide regular reports to the Media Services Director
