Main Responsibilities:

To manage a budget for internal communication activities and develop and implement internal communications strategies for various stakeholders to reach a wide audience, ensure high levels of understanding, and drive positive engagement through communication.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and stakeholders

• Manage the design and production of promotional materials for internal communications

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to establish communication and information requirements

• Create and monitor metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of communication strategies

• Manage relationships with production houses and/or agencies to ensure design, layout, and deadline specifications are met

Corporate Strategic Alignment:

• Align messaging strategy with corporate strategy and marketing and communications strategy

Stakeholder Focus:

• Provide efficient customer service to internal stakeholders

• Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders

Learning & Growth:

• Continuously research and find new ways of doing the work

• Support the team through provision of professional and consistent service

• Take ownership of Personal Development Plan

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or B Degree in Communications, Journalism, Brand Studies

• 5-8 years of working experience in Internal Communications/Communications

• Significant exposure to all elements of the communications value chain

• Significant experience in the design, development, and implementation of internal communications strategies

• Substantial experience in written media, copy editing, and publishing

• Previous communications and change management experience

• Experience in managing multiple communications projects in parallel

• Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
