Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
  • Maintain staff uniforms and standards of appearance at all times.
  • Display Health & Safety signs and follow procedures for chemicals and equipment.
  • Clean designated areas to a very high standard using SOP methods.
  • Report damage or defects immediately to the Assistant Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and report faults to your Manager.
  • Address all residents, visitors, and staff according to company standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a cleaner in a commercial environment is desirable.
