They will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and engaging lessons for all ages, as well as managing the administrative duties associated with revenue and budget management.

Key responsibilities will include daily management of the comprehensive swim programme, including group and individual lesson outlines for both adults and children. You will also be required to conduct regular marketing and promotion activities to promote our swim offerings to members, as well as manage the recruitment process for swim instructors.

As an added responsibility, you will oversee the development of the department, ensuring it achieves its maximum potential and that all targets are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for managing departmental FTE and costs in line with budget and producing effective rotas to optimise resource availability.
