Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to manage general HR administration and maintain accurate record-keeping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems.
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of HR procedures and policies.
- Prepare necessary documentation for managers and employees.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of WSP / ATR and EE reports.
- Proficient in using HR systems.
