HOSPITALITY MANAGER ROLE IN RICHMOND

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in Richmond, KZN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Events Management: Plan and execute events such as weddings, conferences, and other functions.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business and attract new customers.
  • Administration: Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Caretaker: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our property and equipment.
  • Stock Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of stock and supplies.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage the kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Drivers License: A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Richmond, KZN.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated at between R15,000 and R20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive accommodation at our lodge, making this a live-in opportunity.
