Top Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team.

This live-in position offers a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of our lodge, including events, marketing, administration, caretaker duties, stock management, kitchen operations, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate events and conferences
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  3. Manage administrative tasks, including financial reports and staff scheduling
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lodge
  5. Oversee stock inventory and ordering
  6. Supervise kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation
  7. Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellent service standards

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar hospitality management role
  3. A valid driver's license
  4. Willingness to relocate to Richmond, KZN

Rewarding Remuneration:

We offer a competitive salary range of R15,000 to R20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.

The position includes accommodation at the lodge, providing a comfortable living environment.
