Luxury Estate Manager

Top Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at one of our luxury estates in Richmond, KZN.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of hospitality operations, including events management, marketing, administration, caretaker duties, stock management, kitchen operations, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events that exceed client expectations
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Maintain the high standard of accommodation and amenities within the estate
• Oversee stock management and ordering procedures
• Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences

Requirements:

1. Degree or equivalent in a related field
2. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
3. A valid driver's license is required
4. Willingsness to relocate to Richmond, KZN

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated monthly salary range of R15,000 to R20,000 (negotiable), plus additional benefits. As a live-in position, you will be accommodated within the estate, allowing for a comfortable work-life balance.
