  1. A relevant Technical or IT Degree or Diploma is a fundamental requirement for this position.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in ESH and ESG processes or similar roles will provide a solid foundation.
  3. An in-depth understanding of the Sustainability landscape will enable you to make informed decisions.
  4. Global experience in change management, system integration, and solution design will be beneficial.
  5. Understanding technology accountable for knowledge of requisite processes for area of accountability is essential.
  6. Compliance to SOX, King IV and all other relevant governance requirements is crucial.
  7. Full compliance to IM PMO processes must also be ensured.

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to understand operational technologies for sustainability and capital projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with the manager, Business Process Custodian (BPC), and Regional Process Owners (RPOs) to explore continuous business improvement opportunities.

Focusing on process improvement rather than daily issue resolution is key to success in this position.
