- Analyze scopes of work and pre-tender risk assessments and make suitable recommendations.

- Shortlist potential suppliers/vendors and invite to tender briefings.
- Receive and open tenders.
- Evaluate and adjudicate tenders and recommend suitable suppliers/vendors.

- Draft sourcing contracts and agreements.
- Review changes to terms and conditions of existing contracts.

- Participate in the estimation and preparation of cost budget for a project or sub-project and monitor and control actual cost against budget.
