Talent Evolution is seeking a highly skilled Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store. Your primary focus will be on managing the overall operations and activities of each department, ensuring that all staff and guests follow our set policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for resolving conflicts or complaints from guests and employees, determining optimal solutions and implementing them. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock inventory, completing accurate reporting, and ensuring cash ups are done correctly and submitted daily. You will also be responsible for ensuring all documents and reports are ready for cash collection, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring employees provide the same level of standards. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards, coordinating and executing functions such as sales, birthday parties, and corporate events, communicating and executing all marketing programs, monitoring loss prevention, managing HR admin, shift scheduling, motivation of employees, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our packages, pricing, and special offers, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and booking quotas. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role, at least one year of experience in a supervisory role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
