Job Description

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating client services related to personal lines insurance policies. This includes conducting risk assessments, analyzing client portfolios, requesting and obtaining quotes from insurers, and ensuring all relevant documentation is filed electronically and in hard copy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and provide recommendations on the most suitable insurance policies.
  • To analyze clients' portfolios and identify areas of potential risk.
  • To request and obtain quotes from insurers, rate policies, and arrange valuations and reinsurance as required.
  • To ensure all relevant documentation is filed electronically and in hard copy.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
Requirements:
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • FAIS recognized qualification.
  • RE5 certification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a client services environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Lines Underwriter.
