We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Client-Facing Administrator to join our team at West Coast Personnel.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English, be enthusiastic about learning in a legal environment, and display a keen interest in understanding legal processes.
Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service via phone and email;
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently;
- Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Preparing and editing written communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism;
- Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office;
- Maintaining organized records and files for easy accessibility;
- Collaborating with legal professionals to gain insights into the legal field;
- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills in managing tasks and responsibilities;
- Prioritizing and coordinating multiple activities to meet deadlines;
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and reporting;
- Generating reports and maintaining data accuracy;
- Providing support in the preparation and submission of visa applications across various categories;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2-3 years of prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is also required.
