Job Description

DataFin is a vibrant and fast-paced provider of cutting-edge FinTech software solutions for the Property sector. We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Expert to manage client migration projects, ensuring accurate and on-time upload of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer migration projects, including creating and managing migration plans with clients.
  2. Conduct migration meetings with customers and work directly with them to effectively coordinate each migration project to completion.
  3. Use advanced technical skills and custom tools to efficiently manage and migrate client data into the software.
  4. Monitor all work for quality while troubleshooting and resolving errors as needed.
  5. Communicate process successes and failures to internal stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement.
  6. Provide customer support, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities on the system.
  7. Provide system training to customers.
Requirements:
  1. Advanced Data and Data Processing skills: To process and troubleshoot data issues that may arise during migration processes.
  2. Proficiency in Excel Intermediate.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  4. Experience in Administration Management.
