We're looking for an ambitious SDR to join our rocket ship in Somerset West. This isn't a coffee-fetching, call-centre role. This is your launchpad into fintech sales – with the compensation, tools and mentorship to match.

THE ROLE

As our dedicated SDR, you'll hunt down and engage decision-makers in the fintech, Web3, and B2B verticals who need our payment solutions. You'll be the critical first point of contact, identifying qualified opportunities and setting the stage for our Account Executives to close deals.

Location: Somerset West, Cape Town

Contract: 3-month initial term with performance-based extension

Reports to: CMO with dotted line to Commercial Lead

  • Base Salary: R20,000 per month

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospects in our target markets
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers at fintech, Web3, and B2B companies
  • Master our value proposition and become an expert in our solutions
  • Collaborate with our Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Track all activities and manage prospect data in our CRM system
  • Continuously refine your approach based on results and feedback

WHO YOU ARE

  • Recent BCom/Bachelor's graduate with a hunger to crush targets
  • Natural sales instinct with a competitive drive
  • Interest in fintech/payments (experience not required, passion is)
  • Excellent communicator who can think on your feet
  • Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset
