Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform purchasing decisions.
  3. Analyse sales data and performance metrics to drive business growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate optimal prices and terms.
  5. Manage Open to Buy (OTB) effectively to maximise sales and minimise markdowns.
  6. Evaluate and select high-quality products that meet our brand standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clothing buying, with a focus on retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
