Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in designing engaging digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing web and social media design projects, proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, and excellent knowledge of file formats and web standard color profiles for optimizing graphics across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be able to interpret design briefs, translate concepts into effective visual solutions, and collaborate with the Project team and external partner agencies to understand project requirements.

PXP values creative problem-solvers who can work effectively in a collaborative environment, take creative direction and feedback from stakeholders, and articulate design concepts and rationale behind creative decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) for basic implementation of designs.
