At EQ Plus, we're seeking a highly skilled Acumatica Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who excels in implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, particularly Acumatica. With a strong background in consulting and a passion for ERP software, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

This role involves conducting in-depth discovery meetings with clients to understand their business requirements and operational objectives. You'll create professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits, as well as Statements of Work (SOWs). Your expertise in project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing will be invaluable in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: As the go-to expert on Acumatica, you'll provide guidance and direction to both internal and client implementation teams.
  • Business Development: You may contribute to business development by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentations.
  • Customer Service: Providing prompt, exceptional customer service and support is essential in this role.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of three years of experience as an Acumatica consultant is required.
  • Implementation Expertise: Experience in handling at least five Acumatica implementations, including setup, configuration, and customization.
  • Knowledge of Acumatica Modules: In-depth knowledge of Acumatica Financial, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A relevant Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is advantageous.
What We Offer:

As an Acumatica Implementation Specialist at EQ Plus, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
