Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Professional to join our team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales processes are revised and effective in achieving our targets. Your primary goal will be to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.

Sales Process Optimization
  1. Conduct thorough reviews of current sales processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with sales leaders to design and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Providing Support to Sales Departments
  1. Assist in launching new projects and initiatives to improve sales performance.
  2. Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Support sales teams in developing and implementing new reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist or Sales Operations professional in a call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Prior experience using Vicci software advantageous.
