At Massive Diamonds Marketing, we're revolutionizing the direct sales and marketing industry with innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence. We're seeking 12 motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our vibrant sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentation: Present our products/services in a compelling manner, demonstrating how they meet customer needs and providing detailed product information.
- Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating terms and finalizing agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, manage your pipeline, and provide regular reports on performance metrics and progress toward targets.
- Experience: Proven experience in the sales industry/customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
- Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, with familiarity with specific tools/software a plus.
- Education: High school diploma/Bachelor's degree is beneficial.
