Senior Call Centre Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead our Call Centre operations at CallForce. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our sales and service teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Growth:
- Develop and execute plans to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contact centre operations management.
- Experience in BPO is a strong advantage.
