Customer Experience Representative Job Description

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing effective brand management and customer engagement strategies.

About the Role:

  • This is a contract position requiring 2-3 years of sales experience in Telecommunications.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales acumen, marketing principles knowledge, and strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • You will be responsible for administration, shelf health, promotions, customer satisfaction, and in-store sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain pricing and shelf health standards.
  • Implement promotions and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Matric certification is essential.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
