Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Team Coordination: Assist the Data Science Lead in coordinating the activities of the data science team, ensuring that projects are on track and deadlines are met.
  • Task Allocation and Progress: Oversee the allocation and progress of tasks within the team, ensuring that each team member is effectively contributing to project goals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, team performance, and any potential risks or issues that may arise.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of project execution within the Data Science Lab.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in a similar role within a data science, analytics, or technology-focused environment. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: A solid understanding of data analytics and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, or R is beneficial. Experience and keen interest in ML, LLMs, and GenAi.
