Sales Administrator Position

About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling all inbound sales queries and orders. You will work closely with customers to provide excellent service, ensuring timely responses to their requests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Verifying orders, including customer details and payment information
  • Capturing data into our internal computer system
  • Providing quotes to existing and potential clients
  • Informing clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times
  • Accurately invoicing clients
  • Expediting orders through internal coordination
  • Managing your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Supporting the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • The ability to perform under pressure
  • A driver's license with reliable transport (advantageous)
