About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to drive business growth at Sci Tech Placements. This position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative sales strategies to attract new clients, managing client relationships, and maximizing sales to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business revenue.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
- Prospect for potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn and conduct market research.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business.
- Recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients.
- Identify current market trends and suggest product enhancements.

Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years experience in B2B sales, ideally within FMCG industries.
- Previous experience in software sales would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent sales execution and client management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and possesses strong administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
