Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Red Carnation Hotels. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing our global social media strategy across all our properties in Southern Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Head of Social Media to create and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
- Manage and schedule social media content using Hootsuite, ensuring timely and effective posting.
- Monitor and respond to brand mentions, comments, and messages across all social media channels.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and drive website traffic.
- Provide regular social media analytics reports to the Head of Social Media, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into our social media strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with followers and convey the brand's message effectively.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple platforms, schedules, and campaigns simultaneously.
