Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Design Team Leader to join our Design team at Hollywoodbets. As a Graphic Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. You will oversee multiple portfolios within the design pods, mentoring designers, and working closely with the Senior Graphic Design Team Leader and design traffic coordinator. Your role will also involve representing the Design team at meetings with clients and feeding back to the rest of the Design team.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the design team, allocate workflow, handle design requests from conception through to delivery, and ensure that all design requests are reasonable. Coordinate design work coming in with a job ticket system, review draft designs against briefs, and conduct weekly team member/team leader meetings. Develop and implement processes and systems within the department, conduct team performance reviews, and identify skills gaps. Represent the Design team at meetings with clients, feed back to the rest of the Design team, and stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a design-related position, excellent attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and anticipate timeframes, and commitment to delivering results in spite of obstacles.
