Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Commissioning and Installations Manager to join our team at HR Genie.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior management position responsible for commissioning and installing automation projects in the automotive sector.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Should have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with 10 years of experience in the automation industry.
  • Must have project management skills and be able to establish detailed project plans to ensure successful commissioning and installation of projects.
  • Should be able to manage and coordinate resources to execute the scope of supply, and implement strategic processes to assist with the successful execution of project phases.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to liaise with the project management team to consolidate and finalize project timing and delivery milestones.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the automation industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Comprehensive mechanical and electrical background, with experience in site establishment and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to establish detailed project plans, and manage and coordinate resources to execute the scope of supply.
