Job Title: Commissioning & Installations Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning & Installations Supervisor to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and installation of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to consolidate and finalize project timing and delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure that all project requirements, including specifications, drawings, and testing purposes, are met.
  • Initiate and coordinate the installation of projects on site, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on site, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Attend weekly scope of work meetings to consolidate project status with project management teams.
  • Support the company's JQS (Jendamark Quality System) and Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Formal tertiary education in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the automation industry, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Afrikaans and/or German.
  • International traveling experience.
