Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT/business with a focus on business transformations using agility enabling methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
