We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Work Integrated Learning Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general administration duties, including collating and filing minutes of meetings, organising regional events, and attending training sessions.

Key Attributes:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High-level organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

You will also be responsible for providing ongoing administration support to various stakeholders, including academics, students, school partners, and other external stakeholders. This will involve building rapport and developing relations with these groups, as well as providing pastoral care and support to students.

A degree or diploma in Administration or Education is required, as well as at least 2-3 years of experience in Administration. IT experience, partnerships and collaboration with external stakeholders, remote working experience, and minute taking are advantageous.
