About the Position
Job DescriptionAffinity International is seeking a highly motivated Bookkeeping and Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential financial processes, including bookkeeping, month-end close, cash flow management, and accounts payable supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle the month-end close process, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage weekly cash flow reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and correct payments, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting (preferably in a corporate or outsourcing environment).
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, cash flow management, and AP supervision.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and financial tools.
