About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated New Homes Sales Manager to join our successful team in Surrey/Sussex.
As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions.
You will work closely with residential offices and developers, encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations.
Your key responsibilities will include liaising with our area new homes support team to ensure relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately, problem-solving, and influencing outcomes.
You will work towards set targets and have the opportunity to work closely with the land team.
About You
We are looking for a New Homes Sales Professional with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience.
You will have a proven listing/business generation track record, live in the Surrey/Sussex area, and have a professional, organised work ethic.
You will be hard-working, with the desire and determination to achieve your goals, willing, confident, and resilient.
You will have truly exceptional customer service skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
You will have a proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams, and inspire people to meet targets and win business.
You will have a full UK driving licence.
