We are looking for a Senior Sales Leadership Position candidate who has a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As the Regional Sales Manager at Performability, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive market, as well as excellent leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for overseeing sales performance across multiple dealerships, developing data-driven sales strategies, and coaching sales teams to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to dealership sales teams.
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to review performance and align sales objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5-8 years of experience in automotive sales management (OEM or dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance management tools.
