Key Responsibilities:

  • Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences, showcasing your knowledge of our culinary offerings.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions with a focus on providing personalized service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Handle payments and process orders through our POS system with ease and accuracy.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers, showcasing your knowledge of our culinary offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, prioritizing the health and well-being of our guests and crew members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, with a focus on upselling and promoting special offers.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Basic math and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on demonstrating your ability to learn and grow with our company.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our guests and crew members.
