Job Overview

As a Security Manager at SiG Labour Corporate, you will be responsible for managing the site in accordance with the company's operational policy and client-specific works instructions/procedures. This includes executing all contractual compliance within your area of responsibility, compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and conducting incident investigations and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations in accordance with company policy and client requirements
  • Ensure contractual compliance within your area of responsibility
  • Compile and submit regular reports to management
  • Conduct incident investigations and reports
  • Attend client meetings and provide updates on site operations
  • Ensure internal audit programs are adhered to
  • Monitor and control operational costs within your area of responsibility
  • Manage intelligence, personnel, personnel administration, operations, finances, discipline, and EH&S within your area of responsibility
  • Identify and mitigate risks as necessary
  • Respond to emergency calls and incidents
  • Compile and verify duty rosters and timesheets
  • Maintain daily communication with the area manager
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Grade A PSIRA Registration
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 5 years of experience in security management
  • Computer literacy in Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Medical fitness
  • Well-developed operational and administrative skills
  • Experience in storage yard management is advantageous
  • Must be willing to relocate to the area of operation
