Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, particularly farms, ranches, and agribusinesses. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Provide expert advice on fencing and security solutions, tailored to clients' specific needs.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Understand the competitive landscape in the agricultural fencing and security industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the agricultural, fencing, or security industries.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with developing new business, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
