Tipp Focus (Pty) Ltd is seeking a qualified Release Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in DevOps engineering in a software development environment with cloud technologies, preferably Azure DevOps. They should also have expertise in automation, scripting, and building CI/CD pipelines using on-premises and cloud technologies.

We are looking for someone who can design, develop, implement, migrate, and support a comprehensive build and release management process and technical solution to support the development processes. The successful candidate will ensure the uptime, availability, and performance of all components of the solution.

The role requires strong understanding of networking and solid experience in Linux based operating systems, bash scripting, docker, and provisioning tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Git, Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), XL-deploy, Graphing/logging tools (Kibana, Grafana, Logstash, Elasticsearch), and familiarity with DevSecOps processes and practices is highly desirable.
