Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update customer sales requests, quotes, and orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers and sales teams as needed.
  • Review customer sales requests to ensure alignment with organizational goals before presenting quotes or proposals.
  • Manage customer account administration, including maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Oversee customer contract paperwork, ensuring up-to-date and signed contracts are maintained on file.
  • Attend scheduled customer and internal meetings to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
