Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Oversee customer contract paperwork, ensuring up-to-date and signed contracts are maintained on file.
- Attend scheduled customer and internal meetings to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
