Seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at the Sanlam Group. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets;
  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial goals;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification;
  • Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) "Fit and Proper" requirements and Regulatory Examination successfully completed if registered with Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/retail/business development roles within the financial services industry;
