Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Law, or any other related field OR Wealth Management NQF5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven sales and marketing skills, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- A competitive basic salary of R 15,000 per month.
- A target bonus structure, offering a greater of 8 sales per month or 40,000 production points.
- A 65% commission payable every three months on sales above R 120,000.
- An interest-free technology loan of R 16,000, repayable over 24 months.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities, including hands-on practical training with experienced professionals.
