As a Sales and Service Engineer with Career Dynamics Global, you will be responsible for identifying and executing sales of marine leisure and commercial diesel propulsion and auxiliary engines, as well as other related propulsion systems and marine products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with established clients in the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify and execute sales opportunities through leads and network.
  • Provide application engineering and technical support.
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and complaints.
  • Compile sales forecasts and order reports.
  • Assist management with ad hoc projects, advertising plans, and sales marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Matric + any relevant qualifications advantageous (Marine/Engineering).
  • Ideally 3 – 5 years sales experience in marine or related industry (Engineering/Technical).
  • Alternatively, qualified with a passion for Marine Industry and an opportunity to get into the industry to grow – junior level.
  • Analytical with good time keeping skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer centric.
  • Able to work overtime (get hands dirty) travel nationally and occasionally Internationally.
