Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to bar and restaurant patrons;
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations;
  • Assess customer needs and preferences and make tailored suggestions;
  • Mix and prepare ingredients for cocktails and other drinks;
  • Plan and present the bar menu;
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas;
  • Check drink presentations and temperature to maintain quality;
  • Assist management in taking bar stock and maintaining inventory levels.

Main Requirements:

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience as a Barman;
  • Ability to travel to and from the property for late shifts as required;
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills;
  • Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions;
  • Comfortable dealing with distinguished clientele;
  • Honesty, flexibility, accountability, and friendliness;
  • Professional manner and attitude;
  • Punctual and self-disciplined;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Basic computer and administration skills.
