Estimated Salary: R180,000 - R250,000 per annum
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative cocktail menus, interacting with customers, maintaining standards of hygiene, and ensuring excellent guest service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cocktail menus: Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus, including classic and modern creations.
- Train and develop staff: Train and develop staff on cocktail preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Assess and recommend ingredients: Assess and recommend ingredients, spirits, and mixers to ensure the highest quality and consistency.
- Monitor and control inventory: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing losses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience as a Barman, possess excellent knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and be able to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions.
